One of the adult spells includes the ingredient "dragon treats" which i have, but it won't let me add it???

You have probably misread it as dragon teats are in no spells. Could it be 'dragon tears'?

eighter that or you think you see dragon treats that is pet treats!!!!!!!

No spells involve dragon treats, but treats for ordinary pets are in a spell. What it does is turn your pet into a human.
