If u download a pregnant skin (for the sims 1) will ur female sim throwup and do pregnant stuff ?

No because it's only a skin, which edits the looks and not the actions.

sims don't get pregnant on sims 1 - you just get a pop up box sometimes when they are kissing their spouse asking if you want to have a baby and if you say yes a baby appears.
