where can i find old, broken looking furniture like chairs and kitchen stuff? i found it once but lost it when i had to reinstal my game

The Seven Deadly Sims has a great selection.

Also The 8th deadly sim has a pretty large number of delapitated looking objects. It is a paysite though.
