You don't need a cheat. It just takes time you should try putting there beds close together. If there is a cheat I don't know it.

the relationship score between the two pets must be over 50, (one male one female for the dumb) and there must be a doghouse (found that on a site). and they can breed, though it might take a while

you should just put everyting ov theirs beside each other, and eventually, it'll ask you if you want to breed your pet's!! ( it happen's all the time 2 me!!)
