I cant upload lots to, but i thinks it's just because I don't konw what to do properly. When I go to upload a lot, i click on the userdata folder with the number thats the same as the number of my neighbourhood, but the box right says that no files were

Do you by chance keep it in a zipped folder (often times when you download something, thats what it's in.)

you need the neighbourhood handler
