can women have twins or triplets?

i dont think so. im pretty sure u can only have one child at a time. but u can always have more later or adopt or download babies.

Thats a hard question. I hope you can. I just read an article about a neighborhoods back ground and thte people that will come with them. One if them included fraternal girl twins but I think they were older like adult.

Sims can have twins and triplets, but they're rare (and you don't get to choose if you want twins or triplets afaik, unless there's going to be a cheat for that). In Create-A-Sim you can always make twins if you want by just creating a second sim with similar looks/personality or so.

Yes, this is true. There is a very slim chance of having twins but it is impossible to have triplets.

yes you can have twins i already got the game and i got twins they were both boys i dont know about triplets though. sry hope u guys luv the game as much as i do toodles

if you try for baby twice i've learned that it can produce twins. The sign is that the mother throws up alot more than when she is just having one baby !

P.S. If you hear a lullaby after they try then it was successful Do that twie and you should have twins!

you can't have triplets. though you can have twins. It's very rare to have twins, and usually they are boy and girl like my twins.
