What's the sims Transmogriffer, what can i do with it and where can i find it?

It is a programme that you can use to clone existing objects and set the various motives.

If you download the programme there is a tutorial that comes with it to demonstrate its power. You make a green flamingo lawn ornament with this but its a start.
