But you can have/adopt another child instead :)

They Wont come Back But You Can Adopt Another 1, to Stop This Happendin In Future Send Em To Skool! Or IF There Home-Skooled (To Make Sims home Skooled Avoid/delete Skoolbus) Make Sure They Use The Pc Twice A Day!
