no there is no alcohol(sp?) or drugs in the game at all.

actually any sims can throw up
ex: pregnant women (who also happen to favor potato chips)

I think the games suggest drug/alcohol use a lot, though. The bars obviously and that bubble blower in House Party...the way thier laugh sounded...and the rave atmoshphere, I dunno..hehe
