How do you turn your people back to normal when they turn into a monster?

You don't, your Sim changes back automatically after a couple of Sim hours or whenever anything that the monster can break has been broken (these items include the expresso machine, telly (not the widescreen one included with Superstar), computer, toilets, sinks and the easel).
