when someone is holding a baby, can they walk around or sit?

nope-sorry. in my 4 years of playing every expansion pack except deluxe(s) i have never seen any sim hold a baby while sitting or walking. i guess they're really bad multi-taskers. =)

Actually in the Sims 2, you will be able to have lots more interactions with babies. You can play with them, like tossing them up in the air and making funny faces and you can also change and feed them. I would imagine you can sit or walk around with a baby, like carrying them from one place to another. Or sitting in a rocking chair and putting them to sleep.

They have actual cribs in the sims 2 and I've seen the sims standing away from the crib holding the baby, so I'm assuming so.

You can have a baby (this is what I've heard) buy doing 'WooHoo' on the bed. There is said to be an option of making a baby or 'playing' safely.

Yes u can walk w/ the baby and play standing up becasue it eventually pucks on u right? Besides u have to walk it to the changing table and crib to let it go night-night

yeah, in the sims 1 they were a lot like objects but the sims 2 babies are gonna be fun!
