Can the Sims have "surprise" babies in this game? Or can they only Try to Make a Baby?

wellif u have a couple of the same sex or not they can have the optoin to adopt a baby and sumtimes this optoin will a ppear wen u answer the phone hope ive helped!!!

i think u can only try to make a baby but u don't know right away if the sim is pregnent u don't no untill the sim starts showing signs

You can know earlier if a sim is pregnant besides the signs. Right after they "try to have a baby" you will either hear like a little chime or not. If you hear it than the woman is pregant.

the chime is the first two bars of "Rock a Bye Baby", which will usually be lost upon the player if the two copulating sims are the only ones still awake in the house as the game speeds up when they fall asleep.

There is also a SLIM chance that she will get pregnany from just the Woohoo
It is Very Slim but it is possible
