What do i do after i've downloaded the clock??? Or where do i go???

Okay, when you download an object, like the clock, you go into the folder for <THE SIMS>. You open it and there should be a foler inside labeled <DOWLOADS>. Enter this folder. Then take the downloaded clock and drag it into the <downloads> folder. Just stick it anywhere inside. After you've downloaded quite a few items, it may start to get messy, but it's fine.

I'm not the person who asked the question but I have the same problem and I don't have a downloads file! What do I do?
Please please help me I want to use that clock!!!
