Knowledge - Question

I got The Sims & Livin Large & I'm just starting so I have like only 6 houses from the very start of the game when it was installed. & I want to have neighborhood so I downloaded houses, but I don't know how to install them & how can I do it successfully.

Put your downloaded houses in the C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\UserData\Import folder, the game will then let you import them from the Neighbourhood Screen.
