yes, but some jobs make you work weekends. you also get days off.

Yeah I heard that too. I think it's great that they will get breaks because in this one house that I have, sometimes people need a bunch of new skills and their jobs start soon! If it's a Friday (or whatever they call their day if they don't use Friday and if that's the end of a work-week) They'll have time to make the required friends and get the required charisma etc.

In the new SIMign movie they showed a sim calling in sick for work. It was followed by a few giggles and covering the receiver but I am pretty certain he was calling in sick.

When the sim is sick, they really can call in sick. Also if a sim isn't really sick, you can still call in sick, so that is probably what you saw with the coving of the phone and giggling
