after download the Objects where can i find it in the game

In the catalogue, it should tell you in a Readme file or on the site which category the new object will be in.

it will appear in the section it belongs in when you go into buy mode for example if it was a bed set it would pop up in the bed spot the draws in the surfaces spot and so on

If you mean where to do you put the files? Then take the file and put it into the c:\programs\maxis\downloads folder. When you start the game again those items will appear in your items to buy list. You can also put them inside a folder inside this folder for easier organization, but do not put them inside a folder, which is inside a folder in the "downloads" folder. You cannot go more than on layer deep with these files.
