In The Sims 2 you can have (identical and non-identical) twins and even triplets, which will effectively be the same.

Twins will be rare and triplets will be very rare.

my mate has 2 sets of twin and one set of triplets she is lucky!

Rumour has it there is a cheat, you can put in in order to have Twins/Triplets.

One Baby=Common
Two Babies (ie. Twins)=Uncommon
Three Babies (ie. Triplets)=Rare

yeah so did I. Its a shame that and Lisa said it's a possibility 2 have twins so its very likely.
