How do I move into a house I downloaded, when the family I just created is not rich enough to buy it? And you can't rosebud at this time !

Well you could either go into the house and remove some stuff beforehand to bring the price down, or move the family into an empty lot initially, make loads of money, move them out of there and into the new house.

I aways move them them into a lot press ctrl, alt, shift and c, type rosebud, then carry on going with !;!;!;!;!;!;!;.
Unless u don't want to cheat, u'll just have to get them a high paid job. My sims make about 1500 simloans a day!

You have to evit a rich family from a house you don't care about. Or have the family buy and empty lot and rosebud like crazy. Then save the game and evit them. It will ask if you want to bulldoze the house.There is no house, but Yes. Then it will put them back in the choose family place where they are free to buy a new house with lots of money.

Or you could put the family on the empty lot that the house is for, save/exit, then import the house. Easy way to get a house for thousands cheaper than it would cost normally.

Move Into A Small House, Go To Buy Mode Type In Rosebud !;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!; then Keep doing That Till You get Enough Evict Em Buy The New House.
