How do I get my sims to paint a picture of something specific?

Maybe you should move that object or thing that your painting in front of that sim

they have to have quite a bit of skill, then you choose the subject, like how you choose a photo, and they paint it.

You should have lots of creativity points and let a sim or whatever sit in front of the easel.
