you can make 3 stories there will not be basements but there will be attics and other stuff like that.

You can have up to 3 floors, and a ceiling florr, an attic, and a basement, in TS1 if built pillars as the first floor, yuou could have many more floors, if you alligned them correctly.

im not sure a bout basemant but i know that they have 6 floors,1st, 2nd,3rd,attic,and foundation,what ever that is.

Basements can be made, yes. You can also have several floors. In Strangetown there's a lot with three brothers, and there are at least 7 floors..

You can make basements. There is a tutorial somewhere, and it shows you how too. It is pretty kewl, and it actually works.
