The only problem with that is you have to subscribe, which means paying.
I don't think my parents would like me saying to them, "Hey mum, dad, can I have some money to subscribe to a site to make my sims have sex??"
Is there a free patch for it anywhere?

There it is! You just have to register, but I don't think you have to cost. But remember, this is on it's beta stage, so make a backup-copy
