What is the step-by-step way to install a house already made, i can't seem to get mine to work, or the game crashes when i click the house inside of the game. Thank you!.

You can use both The Add-on Handler and The Neighborhood Handler. The procedure for the Add-on Handler is in this question. For The Neighborhood Handler - slightly more advanced but you do get so see previews of the houses when installing - select "Install a Lot/Family" and press Continue. Then find the file you downloaded, open it, and then select the neighborhood where you want to install it to. Then click the Install button and that's it.
