What happens if you don't potty train your kid or teach it how to walk?
4 Answers
Nothing, the kid will still be able to use the toilet and walk.
Those activities are purely for the aspiration points - fill them up as a toddler, they go a long way to filling them up across the ages.

yeah, my sims never potty-trained my toddler, because there was no time. it is much easier to snuggle and read to it and stuff, as interactions are high scoring also. the kid grew up with a maxed out aspiration bar.

But potty train your toddler is fun, especially when they refuse and when you have to empty it!
