How does a married couple have a baby???

Get them both to relax on the double bed, then when they're both relaxing click on the other sim and options cuddle, kiss, WooHoo, and try for a baby come up.
If u click on try for a baby then the wife might get pregnant, if not the couple will just have to keep trying, or you can alway adopt.

Another way is to get a hot tub and do the same as the one above.

Its the same for a non married couple, so if you dont want a husband and just want a baby, you can do that too. also, in community lots in the changing booths you can just click on the other sim and try for a baby.
