I don't know about any drugs, but you can get a reward which allowes you to push up all your needs.

Well if you fill the aspiration meter up to platinum level and keep it there then you can be as hungry, depressed, smelly, tired and toilet desperate as you like and still be seen as happy as possible.

Yeah, it's a hacked object. It's called like Hydroponics or something one of the options is "Due Hard Drugs" and your sim sits on the ground, rocks back and forth, then throws up. You can also teach other people how to farm it.
It's basically the weed sprite or whatever it is in pots :P You have the choice of like harvesting it and stuff.

Also when I was dowloading some houses that were already furnished, I got this hacked computer that can boost all of your needs as high as they can go without any side effects.
