Can anyone tell me why some downloaded objects make my game close?? I only have Sims and living large installed....thanks so much

Because they're either installed improperly or not supported, or you've tried to FAR up the downloads folder which doesn't work.
sometimes people create "broken" files (most likely unintentional). so when u download it, it won't load properly becuz it is corrupted. thru past experiences i have learned only 2 download items that the official site creates. no user objects.
