You don't.

Pets come with the Unleashed expansion pack. If you don't have that you don't have any pets.

There's only one kind of pet that comes with Makin Magic and that is that DRAGON. hehe, you get it from Vikki Vampriss when you go to magictown for 49 magicoins (it's the nest), make sure you buy it toys and treats. **And take care of it while it's an egg.

A dragon isn't a pet. Technically. And it runs off claiming it is unloved if you leave it alone for ten seconds. And it eats your plants.

Well what did you expect to happen when you bring a dragon into the house? It breathes fire, course it's going to cause infernos :)

Of course, if you cuddled it's egg enough during incubation, you'd get a tamer dragon.

Most people who have pet dragons also have enough magic to put out fires when they start them.

Dragons are too pets...but that is the ONLY pet except for that fish u can get

What fish? Some kind of magical fish, or an aquarium? My sims aren't into aquaria but if there were a magical fish they could get it

there are 3 dragons. red is the ignored one that usually starts fires.

The fish come with the game and are not magical
