it may help to give the exact error message There are So many errors that can be given that part can likely get a Lot of different replies that are not even important

The same is happening to me, this is the error message
"A problem ocurred when trying to transfer the file 'TSData\Res\Sims3D\Sims09.package' from the media' do you want to retry or cancel the installation?"
I retried many times, it doesnt work. Help please?
