try killer sims free area they have one or two that are offered free (as well as many more offered if you subscribe to Sims Host) that will let you go where ever you want

Lol @ carbon monoxide...yes it kills the sim but I have an older cadillac that does same thing...it's pretty nifty when you marry somebody but they're annoying...lol jk
