Three Sim days but usually it hatches after 36hrs or so.

it depends on how much you care for the dragon. there's a sim version of me and she was always rotating and playing music for her dragon constantly and poof, she had a dragon so quickly.

Does the amount of time you care for your dragon affect the kind of dragon you get? I have a very tranquil dragon, but I also have a family with an egg. The guy works, the woman "forgets" to care for it [she's not lazy but she's mean] and I don't know whether kids can take care of dragons. Does this mean it will be a monster when it hatches?

i just left my dragon on the front lawn and it hatched two days later
