I can't build or buy anything... I haven't cheated at all during the game but I did kill someone outside my house and right after that I couldnt build or buy anything... Can I fix this?

its a problem for anyone that use the illigal;( i had the same problem, my freind search now for to fix it,but i coulnd buy walls and that other stuff...
but chairs table tv ect, that does work...

to kill somemoe build alittle room with like one square in it and tell the person to go in it then take the door away and just leave them there once ever thing is all the way red they will die
