My "The Sims Superstar" worked good on my WinXP with GeForce2 till I have upgrade my videocard to ATI Radeon 9200 (Catalyst 4.6 drivers). Now "The Sims" just exits at the moment of the initial loading. When I reinstall old GeForce2 it plays well again.

Catalyst 4.6 is an archive driver set. Upgrade - the original game works well with 4.7 and the radeon 9200, although I've had no end of trouble with it for Sims 2.

I've just tried Catalyst 4.8 drivers for WinXP. Nothing changed. It still exits on loading and plays well with GF2.
