I'm playing one sim until an adult, she is a teenager now, how does her "going steady" boyfriend grow up aswell if im not playing his particular household? Coz i want these 2 to get married and i dont know how he will grow up or if he will? Please help!

If the other sim is a townie or npc, he won't grow up. they only grow up if you play on them, so maybe you can get him moved in with someone else. if not, try making a team of eight sims to be friends/boyfriends/girlfriends with and move them out and play with them you want them to age.

I think the townie sims do grow up actually. I think what happens is if they are really good friends with your sims the game makes them grow up soon after your sims does.

If the guy lives in a household though you do have to play him to make him grow up.
