Recently I've been trying to install all The Sims games. I've installed The Sims, Livin' Large, but when it comes to House Party I get a "Version 1.3 already installed- aborting installation." Is there a game patch I need to download for Livin' Large?

You unfortunately are going to have to start all over... It sounds as if you had the game installed before..... If you have all EP's SS and MM disc 1 includes a prog called SimEraser... Uninstall your sim games and then run SimEraser 10 times just to be sure... defrag and scandisc or checkdisc...... then install again... should work... happy simming!!
