Does somebody can tell me if sims can use a spell or charm to survive to fire?

Why bother?

Just cancel the Panic interaction and tell the Sim to go somewhere else on the lot, keeping an eye out for when they start panicking again.

or just make sure that if ur sim does die that you have another one to plea for its life :P

No they can't survive fire but there is a magic crystal which gives ur sim the ability to put out the fire with their wand.
