if i have lost my serial code to instal the sims what should i do

Panic.

Otherwise extract it from registry and save it, or contact Maxis. You won't find any serial numbers on here.

jus curious.... wuts so bad about givin away serial numbers? i mean they cant play it without the disk right?

Giving away serial numbers is a big no no.

IF you give one out, your computer will no longer play Sims 2. Ever. ;)
