When will the expansion come out and how much will it probably cost?

Most likely it will cost just as much as the Sims 2 cost. We don;t know when it will come out but probably in May of 2005 (the first quarter of 2005)

thats rediculous that it costs about as much as the game since it is an expansion but the game is so addicting that you feel you have 2 buy the expansions too.

i think the expansion should be about 35$ no more thatn 45$ and as for when it comes out its said to come out in march

Most other games the expansions are about $40-$50...don't quote me on it but I'm pretty sure it'll be around that, but since Maxis can do whatever it wants, who knows...

The Sims 2 costs as much as The Sims 1 did when it first came out, so it will probably cost as much as the TS1 Expansions did.

1) i seriously doubt that maxis will charge 35-45 dollars for university, because they are unusally consumer-friendly
2) if you don't feel like spending 30 dollars on it, just wait a month or two until the price drops. (that's what i do when i buy clothes marked at ridiculous prices)
3) if you are in school (as in 5-9 grade) you can order maxis games through book orders. they're usually cheaper that way.
4) i think it'll be cheaper than sims 2, because you need sims 2 to play it.
