Very probably! (young adults aren't teens or adults, so i think they could get pregnant) Only time, (and a lot of interviews) will tell.

well since there is a maxis chat tomorrow about it, www.thesims2.com u can check it out but they havent mentioned romance, but i think that they should be able to get pregnant

wow people not must play the game alot

but anyways
yea they can get pregnant lol and they wont get kicked out i had 3 kids in uni while in dorms
but anyways the way u do it is
u open the cheat code box
type in
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
u hold shift
click on ur sim
find the tombstone of l and d
click it
i think u will have to click more and than press get pregnant with and it will say a whole bunch of sim names that are in the sims house hold or around u or in the same lot
click it
the only thing is when u do get pregnant like this u wont have any maternity clothes but ur baby belly will show if u have pajamas on or something else thats not everyday
