how can sims have twins and triplets, is it even possible?

I have triplets!!!...if she sleep and eat much i think you will get triplets!!

possably...if you get your sims to woohoo twice or three times within a space of a day

u will end up with twins or triplets

Ah I remember my Sim version of my girlfriend and I got twins ... **** it's double hard to take care of them.

You can get a hack that enables you to choose the number of babies you have. You can get quads, triplets, twins or single.
You'll find the hack at Mod the Sims 2.

It's double hard, and you don't get double vacation. It's double hard to teach them to walk and talk, mainly. But you can use smartmilk.

Anyway if you select for them to try for baby twice in advance, before she's pregnant (after she's pregnant the try baby option is unavailable) and then use your holiday days to not go to work but just eat a lot and sleep much from day 1, they get twins. At least, it's what mine did. But not neccessarily the same gender.
