why won't my sim use the bathroom? nothing blocking it, just in her "think balloon" a red toilet pops up. called a repairman but nothing wrong

Is there something in the way of her path to the toilet? Does the room the toilet is in have a door? Is someone else on the toilet? (lol) Look at her surroundings and see if anything is in the way, or out of the ordinary.
