hey im acually wanting to edit something , ive downloaded an episode of viva la bam it is an mpg file and i was wondering if there was any way to get it to play in the action or comedy chanels on the tv's

Videos don't play in Sims 1.

duhh....i know that what i mean is im trying to switch the mpg file with the file the holds the pics for the tv stations.....all i can get it to do so far is to minimise the sims and pop it up in another browser window

Yes there are several programs that will allow you to convert any mpeg file to a DVD format and burn it onto a DVD. I've used six or seven of them. Contact me if you'd like further.

Sorry misunderstood your query. You can modify the sprite screens of the TV files so that each channel has a new picture but you cannot get them to play moving images, it requires to many page frames and would crash the program.
