Where can I find free skins and heads without signing up for anything or owing money?

There are VERY many free fansites, including this one, where you can download all you want (sometimes free registration is required, but not here or in many cases). Check out our Links, Community Links (Websites of registered members) and of course our Affiliates for a lot of stuff.

There are some paysites, but it will be clearly announced if you need to pay to download. You will also have to enter some kind of personal information like Paypal account (e-mail address) or credit card information. You can always choose not to sign up, you won't be forced to.

Look at the featured websites on thesims.com's main page. It will only post free sites.

http://www.aroundthesims.com (my favorite for re-colored and few hacked objects, pretty good skins, cool NPC's) and http://www.livinitup.net (i think that's what it's called) has really good objects,some hacked, child skins, and probably has good adult skins, and of course, this site.

oh yeah, i almost forgot, some pay sites have freebies, that you don't have to pay for (hence the word free)
