If you have a stay-at-home simmom, and you have two babies and two toddlers, and hire a nanny, will the nanny come and look after the babies and the toddlers, even though the mom is still home?

The nanny only comes when the person who called her is out at work regardless of whether there's somebody else at home at the same time.

It is pretty hard to manage, but my lady had a set of twin baby boys, they grew into toddlers, and in the mean time she had another set of twin babies.

A nanny you hire will only come while your at work, although I pretty much think the nanny is quite worthless as she never tends to my sim children she just wanders off to swim in the pool or do something else that'll cause your children to get taken by social services.
