Knowledge - Question

When I am installing the Sims2 it freezes on 49% but when I did it again I got it as far as 76%, any ideas how to get it to make is stop freezing?

If it freezes when it says "bluring reality lines, you need to reinstall the updated drivers for your video card.

Halyley looks like you still have this problem five months later! I don't hold out much hope.
