How do you I find the boat thing From Gordie Puck? Like, who is he, where do I find him. Also, I want to know who I can ask to deliver a message to the mayor in paridise island

Gordie puck is the guy thats always asleep in the university. he wakes up when u need his help. Go give the map to him AND HE WILL DELIEVER THE MESSAGE FOR U. After u spoke to gordie go find det. d man (the police guy) and he will give u the keys to the boat when u spoke 2 him. Hope this helps =)
