can you live in apartments in the sims 2 and if so how?

Well u could build a aprtment building a make sims and make each one romies and make each one have an apartment

you cant have apartments. just houses or mansions. you can pretend its an apartment, though. in the sims 2 university you will be able to have dorms in the college.
