do different towns have different townies?

I don't think so. I make 2 neighborhood on my computer. Then, i saw, the townies are same each other. From Tosha Go, Orlando, Ricky Cormier, and so on. But, i send my teens townie into the college. Then, everything's changed. But, College Town don't. You will have different names of townie. But, they have same body, clothes, and of course, FACE! Ooops

Maybe Maxis don't want the neighborhood making takes a very long time just to randomize the townie. So, Maxis use same townie in every neighborhood.
