I finished haveing the letter delivered to the mayor and was told i could use the fan boat, but i cant find it. Anyone know where it is? i did already talk to the detective

the fanboat is in glasstown, down the stairs besides the apartment thing. you'll find it a lot quicker if you go to glasstown going through simquarters (i think that's what it's called?) and you'll see the stairs on the right side. sorry my answer isn't quite clear!
