Is The Sims: Bustin' Out atleast better than The Sims1? The Sims2 won't work on my crappy PC but I want more Sims!!!

the sims bustin out is good in some ways as you can go on the challenge mode and try and gain promotions etc you can also travel to different houses etc. However you cant build to story houses and there is not as much freedom as in the sims 1. and compared to the sims 2 there both rubbish- but i dont want to depress you!!!!!!
