Knowledge - Question

I have a windows XP computer. will sims work on that? not any expansions just the original

Generally yes it will but it came out a year before XP did, and was not supported on Windows 2000 which is what XP is built on but many people reported that the game worked on 2000.

I Got Windows Me Office And It Works On That! I Think It Will Work On Your Pc, But If It dont Get sims 2! Your So Lucky Sims 2 Dont Work On My Pc (weep weep)

Um, the original game came out AFTER Windows ME so of course it'll work on that OS, not that it has any relevance to the original question.
